During a session, I will meet with you to help create or further develop your personalized journaling practice. We will start with finding the best tools for you and then discover your purpose for journaling. This may include vulnerable writing, self-care journaling, writing with prompts, or stream-of-consciousness writing.

I'd love to share how I journal and the benefits of this way of processing, feeling, and expressing my thoughts and emotions.

Sessions are typically two hours. Once you have purchased the session, we will communicate and set up a time that works for both of us. This can be done virtually or in person, depending on your location.
